In my honest opinion, its like comparing stocks and bonds.

(Stocks/steroids) - You can reap the benefits fast and easy,IF u do it right, but highly risky.
(Bonds/ Supps) - Longer time to reap...

I think too much protein can be converted to stinkin FARTS... jokes aside,
i think as one of the guys responded unless you are in a caloric surplus,
and are not physically active, then it MAY be...

haha, as to bodybuilding effects i rarely saw much.. bt they skin clearing effect
was definitely there., bt will not waste money on it..

yes i'm from malaysia..paar hindi toda toda maalum..

when u up your dossage, u'll notice better skin, and refreshed when u get up..

I use to take 1-2 preworkout with no xplode, and 3 at bed...

With powerfull by USP, my skin became clearer, I slept better... and so on..
