    Did you use a hexbar or straight bar? 335 for a max? If you maxed 335 for the first time on a straight bar then thats pretty good. If you used a hexbar then nah hexbar makes it easier.

    Replace Sumo squats with some heavy ass leg presses 4x6 reps
    then for biceps:
    heavy ass straight bar arm curls 3x6 reps
    dumbbell incline curls 3x8 reps...
