to those that are running 5-6 times a week. -- watch for the signs of burning out. it happened to me...
have had tons of 5k's under my belt.
then last year i did 2 half-marathons:
Flying Pig in Cincinnati as well as Indianapolis Half Marathon.
burned out on running in the fall...slowly working...
manual FTW.
