    I felt the same way... in the article it mentions...

    I felt the same way... in the article it mentions transitioning by using sumo for your warmups and switching back to conventional for the top sets until you get things ironed out.

    Interesting that we both gave these a try around the same time ;) Even if you end up preferring conventional I think training sumo to some degree will be helpful.
