    you do 5x5 until linear progression slows or stops. then PR test, reset the weight, rinse, and repeat. theoretically you can make gains indefinitely.

    Last PR was 385 but that was 6th set and it went up easy. Should be over 400 by next month, hopefully. Last DL actual rep day was 5x5x275 with 1-2 minute rests.
