^^^This^^^ Plus no silly rules like - no deadlifting, powercleans, grunting, hurting peoples feelings etc.etc. Plus my gym is open everyday, even on holidays.
IMO- eat more, and shave 1 day of cardio. I went from 6 to 5 days a week, and just that 1 extra day of rest has helped make more gains than I ever have. But, everyone is different, so you'll have to...
