Heavy cardio is going to burn the calories your taking in to build muscle. I would cut cardio to 2-3 times a week and up my protien. Start lifting heavy.

You need to concentrate on compound Oly lifts. Your still new to the game and need to build a solid base.

Its all up to you. while we are still in the Winter months, I would bulk for another month. Then cut. Your certainly not heavy though. You look less than 14%

In houston (not exactly small) Most of the older harder gyms know who to call. We also have a city wide magazine that post events and who to call to enter. Ask the gym owners.

I had a HUGE friend here. He had a doctor that was doing his blood work and prescribing it for him.

At my gym I dont think I've seen more than 400 raw. I did see a guy at a nutrition store that was having a vendor day bench 950 with a suit.
