Well...I'm seriously feeling real good. I did my cardio this morning...after my glute workout....then I ate my steak and egg whites. My stomach is happy. I'm looking out the window and I see SNOW. ...

Is it true that a bodybuilder who injects insulin regardless of the 'purpose' or not of managing diabetes is really injecting an anabolic steroid? Is insulin an anabolic steroid?
