    Leg Press....

    Is leg press a good way to see leg strength. I know the barbell squat is the true test for leg and core strength but is leg press second? Is having a high leg press really mean anything?

    thats the worst leg press form i have ever seen. he doesnt go to his chest plus he is using arms to help push it.

    just do some squats or use less weight with good form.
