by the end of 2015 my goal is do DL 200kg. You guys think i can make it? the video is pretty self-explanatory
(will be posting regulary videos on my way to my goal if you guys wanna keep up)

good mornings, bulgarian squats. and almost all hamstring exercises will help you increase your DL's. Strong hamstrings is the foundation of heavy DL's
never stress about abs. No need to do a thousand of abs excersices. I understand you want that "six-pack" and so on, but not everyone got abs at 13% BF, you just got to do more cardio and the abs...
