I have never ever seen any valid information that would lead me to believe that fenugreek has any benefit to bodybuilders...I would even go so far as to say it would want to be avoided.

Just agreeing with everyone else here...if you make sure you do everything right with your water...there won't be any need for lasix...I don't stop drinking until around 8pm the night before a 10am...

Well the best part about it was...I still completely depleted..but yet I felt great on my delpletion days...full of energy..not the usual lethargy. I think this really helped my depletion...

If anyone was wondering, I came in looking my best ever after adding the fats in to my depletion and carb up days...I even really ramped up my carbs also, and switched the order in which I added them...

I think you seem to have it all reversed...the photo is real period...and in T3 he was digitally enhanced to look better. Let me make this simple
