I add 1 tbl spoon to my protein shakes..100% pure cocoa is loaded with anti oxidants...and has no sugar..can also add it to oatmeal and plain greek yogurt with sweet n low or splenda...
1st of all forget about bulking unless you want to be fat,,,,2nd get a workout plan and follow it..3rd lift heavy and concentrate on getting stronger with bigger muscles and a 6 pack..4th forget...
