sorry i thought it was someone messin around, well u have good chest development for your size id say keep bulking but get a good consistent diet/workout routine!
LOL this has gotta be a joke.. You need a real program/diet looks like all you do is bench and a 6" increase in waist is bad though you should keep bulking just get a better diet
cool i started at 19 and 134lbs cept i was quite a bit fatter then you, my advice is to start pounding 3500-4000cals a day and not worry about bodyfat till you hit 180
