    You don't have to go to a gym to work out. They just happen to have all the equipment there. Bodyweight exercises are fine, probably won't get huge and swole but they work.

    Hack squats take the weight off when your in the hole, back squats keep the weight on you? Just my guess. And I don't get ATG on a Hack Squat, bar hits the ground before that happens.
