    I much prefer db's...but I still use bb for flat...

    well fwiw...i just dont see the point of a built...

    well fwiw...i just dont see the point of a built upper body and weak looking lower...imo it makes you look more silly than anything else... it just sucks when you work out at home and your leg...

    X2 what J_Bo said. For me, heavy Incline DB press, flat DB press and regular old flat wide grip BB press as worked well. Throw in some flys in there to get that 'stretch'...superset once in awhile...

    for me, high reps are useful for tris,...

    for me, high reps are useful for tris, medial/rear delts and chest flys and even calves or any dropset obviously. But mix it up... heavy/superset/dropset etc...
