yeh dont bother taking on your off days unless your rich and need a high in the middle of the day.

it wont do much for you taken on off days either - if anything at all

imo run for 2 weeks then stop for a week so your body doesnt get used to the stimulants, 1 scoop first week very gradually working up to 2 scoops by the 2nd week should do the trick
