So this is the first time im getting injured, training for almost 2.5y and never had any problems.
Anyhow, im getting shoulder pain when im doing chest fly, on both incline and standard DB...
Most thankful obviously to my family, fiancee & friends [Triple F] for tolerating me all these years :)

2. Probably about 15g protein instead of 20-25g which u get...

Back when i was working in Europe i was drinking about 8 Espresso shots a day
I been doing 1.3 per lb with great results
I think 2g per lb is way too much, for 170lb guy to eat 1400cals just from protein , he wont stay 170 for very long
