get the mri done.
maybe there is a bulge in the thoracic, x ray wont show a small bulge.

yes, i was having those pains that started almost at same time as DCO.
problem is that now i have no longer have pain in ac joint but those pains are still there.

you need to see a shoulder specialist, not a GP.

well, after 20mg of tb500 my ac joint is 100% pain free, been pushing hard, no pain during or after.
will do another 20mg as soon as a friend return from the states with more product for me, hope...

i think you both need to give tb500 a try.

residual pain is always a chance after ac joint surgery, ask your doctor, mine warned me about this in case of having the surgery...

been suffering this same thing for the las 3 years.
had done all posible medical test, including 3 mri of complete spine, docotor says is all ok.
was your mri from cervical or thoracic or both??

i am in the middle of mi cycle of tb500.
ac joint is 100% pain free at this point.
very minor slap tear is not fully healed yet(and dont know if it will) but i can feel some progress.

well, after searching for more than 2 years for tb500 here in south america, i was able to obtain some.
i had to pay 320 american dollars for what in the states costs 100, but thats ok, i am used to...

maybe traying some PT like lumbar traction can help.
in my opinion you need to avoid any exercice that puts pressure on spine, and only train light while doing PT.

probably muscles are weak because of recovery procces and need more time to get strong again, or the pain was also there before getting the shoulder injury fixed?
maybe massage and applying hot on...

i think epidural is worth trying.
but for lumbar bulges, lumbar traction done at PT is great.
you should ask yout doctor to send you to PT and try traction and some other stretches techniques.

never had injury while doing incline bench but i am currently suffering upper back/some neck pain for 3 years.

torn labrums can give false positive on mri.
in my opinion if you can train with no pain keep pushing carefully, if pain get worse get surgery, it wont heal without it.

i have read a lot on spine surgery and tingling and those crazy sensations are normal after surgery, they can take 6-12 to go away (of course not allways goes away) sometimes some minor residual...
