Unfortunately there isnt much you can do to speed up the recovery of muscle tears. They will heal based on how badly it is torn and your own ability to recuperate....

Methoxy was the biggest waste of money I've ever spent on a supplement, and thats saying a lot. Luckliy I recognized it was utter garbage after 1 bottle and never was suckered in again.
They werent cold sores but I did develop blistering and sores on my feet. It developed supplementing with 6g of arginine a day. Sores went away 2 days after I stopped taking arg. I no longer use...
