i lost everylast kilo i put on from my cycle. i was like 175 pounds and lost all 15 pounds after i came off.I actually look better now at 160 than i ever did at 175.

never do any cardio and never have.

usually have 2-3 meals of the day with carbs

meal 1 = either cereal or oatmeal + bannana

preworkout = some boiled potatoes with steak

haha yeh its alright, im currently bulking though so wont be that lean for a while now
