Hope you liked 'em, big man.
Yes, fully recovered now... but this cold hit me hard for sure. Gonna lift tomorrow, when I get back home from my GF's place.
I don't keep a strict diet ever, but...
Also... if anyone has an hour to spare to watch something educational about powerlifting, I really enjoyed this series of videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qnkTh2aMziE (that's part 1, there are...
Yeah. To be fair, I still work during my vacations, just not as much. My job affords me the ability to work from anywhere with an Internet connection, so I do have more time to go on vacations than...

Haha, yeah... working on the hips.
Life is going great. I'll be on vacation again next week, so no lifting most likely... but it will be nice. How are the wife and kids?
Yeah, they're not fun, but great for hip mobility in my experience. I plan to incorporate sumo deadlifts again soon, so these will set me up nicely for those mobility-wise.

OHP: 3@8, 10%

The home gym is finished.
Great work at the meet, Ant. Gonna be interdasting to see what your training looks like in the next few months.
Thanks and yes, I prefer deficit SLDL. I haven't used good mornings in a long time.
Both can have benefits.
Lawd, dat farm fresh steak. I get most of my beef from a farm that has highland cattle. You can see that the animals aren't treated like sh!t (at least as much as you're gonna see that without owning...

Front Squat: 2@8 beltless, 10%

Pause Bench: 1@9, 1 count pause, 10%
Looking forward to seeing the meet results, Ant. Kill it!
Hopefully it's just under-recovery (which is easy to fix). Do you stretch that area regularly? What about foam rolling or massages? And is the pain close to the elbow or closer to the shoulder?
Great work in here, J. I'm liking all the landmine work. I used landmine shoulder press to help rehab my shoulder a while back. I think I'll rotate it in again sometime soon.
