I´ll be honest with you.. I dont really have one that I stick with. I´ve tried a couple of splits and this is what works for me for the moment.

day 1.Back and abs
day 2. Chest + rear and side...

nah, just twice a week now. ches/shoulders/triceps. 4-8 sets triceps. Shoulders triceps. 4-8sets And one seperate armday 12-15sets
