Thats a man's workout. If you can handle all the sets its all good. Great workout but I recommend dropping the sets to 3.
Ab workouts vary from person to person. Sit ups and ab workouts strengthen the muscle but in order to see your abs you must get the fat off the tummy. Cardio and Abs 3X a week works for me. But...
