I have a good outer head, but the back of my "horseshoe" is non-existent. I'm doing close grip bench press, pushdowns w/ rope, and overhead dumbell extensions

I used to do dips and skull crushers...

I'm doing some rehab exercises. I'm thinking ice post-workout would be my best bet, and heat at any other time.

Because I shouldnt lift after eating or bc the pre workout will take longer?

I lift after a meal all the time. The preworkout will still take 20 mins right?

My preworkout says it takes ~20 mins to take effect. Will it take longer if I had half a turkey sub with it?
