I have cut down on the protein shakes and it has solved the problem. I only have one post workout and before bed. Try eating more solid food with protein in it instead of powders.
Buy a carton of eggs and hard boil them... even if you can't cook you can do this. It's easy to crack them open when you want them, take out with you, etc, etc.
Do you know anyone in either town? Search the Internet, there's a lot of info. I am moving myself in 2 months, but it's still the same state, 2 hours from here (big city), and 1 hour from somewhere...
Ladies, how do you feel about mean with moles caused by exposure to sunlight? I'm very fair skinned, so while I am pure (plus) I do get moles easily (minus).
