I Have Tried LB for 2 monthes
it broght me from 102kg squat (good squat)
to 70kg squat (very ugly and weak squat)
so i think i will do hb
my HB squat is 102 for 5RM and my LB 5RM is 70!
HB is more comfoterble for me and i do more weight so i have a Quastion for the powerlifters:
Do you Squat LB or HB ?
and if HB is better form...

in the next week you do :

and 250 for 5 months = 82.5> 77.5
is that okay? its 1.25lbs in a week in the start (flowds and fat) and 0.6-0.7lbs for a week the rest of the time

to lose a kg of fat (2.5lbs) you need 7500 cal - for total
if i will choose 750 i will lose 3kg in a month (first month a little bit more becuse of the flowds)
if i will choose 500 i will lose 2kg...
