Did 455x5 today on deadlift not tng. Wasn't to bad considering I've done it for 7 tng. Hoping to out do my deadlift max of 500 this time around.
I did high bar which is part of the reason I think I leaned forward. Bur normally i do more so low bar which I'll probably go back too.
Hit 415 relatively smooth than went for 425 and got to forward and failed. Still a 10 lb pr though. On squat that is.
Pr'd on squat got 415 at 155 lbs with wraps. I had it on video but it got erased by accident.
Man I completely forgot about this thread.
since than i think ive gained about 6-7 lbs which makes me about 155ish and i deadlifted 500 lbs at the supertraining meet in october(i think thats when...
