An interesting article. I agree on changing the center of gravity. That's great for the abs. I always make sure the abs are contracted when exercising no matter what the exercise.
I will have to agree w/ AmericanMuscle. Remember to keep your bf under control too. Being thin, you'll need to bulk, but do it healthy and stay away from the fast foods.
