Yup. I was so bloated. I ballooned up post contest but actually got even more vascular. And my strength went up like crazy. I was setting PR's every single workout. Usually about 4-7 PR's per workout...

YES. For those saying it takes too long, I just did both legs, calves and thighs, in about 15 minutes. Now off to the gym to hit legs. Takes no time after you get it down.

Yup. People always claim and think they are lower than they actually are. His abs are barely visible, serratus is no where to be seen, definitely not single digit body fat %. And vascularity doesn't...

What's up teen misc. Hate to make one of these threads but I've been getting a lot of PM's...
Gym only goes up to 120's and I've done those so I could definitely do 125's on flat bench. DB shoulder press only 90's x 6, but on my third set.
