Used to have reasonable tolerance. Went low carb. Went out, after just three beers, my head started buzzing. Had less problems with rum and whisky, but still significantly lower tolerance.
I stopped eating gluten, and the intestinal problems I had disappeared. Probably not celiac though, and probably partially placebo. But still, it worked.
