Thanks for the reply. I was under the impression a slipped disc is what causes a pinched nerve as it slips/ inflames on to the nerve ? Are they not the same thing ?
I think I can pin point when it started. It was using the seated row machine I was doing it single handed and twisted my torso whilst pulling back a heavy weighty and I felt something snap and a warm...

hi iam trying to low bar squat because when I try it out instead of the high bar it feels like I can go lower also it just fees more fluid and natural. Maybe to do with my long femurs.
When it says reps between #-#, does it mean lower the reps each set so for Hypertrophy 12,10,8 for 3 sets or stick to one number through out the sets so either 12,12,12 or 8,8,8

it feels like ive drank 1.5 litre at once , stomach is hard to the touch, untill i go home and **** and fart it all out, i mix my powders in 200ml water and it just doesnt feel right. feels like...
right just tested the Protein and creatine without the oats and still bloated, i even ate it way after my workout, a few hours postworkout meal. going to try just creatine tomorrow
