sorry possibly wasnt very clear there 180 is my max and i work upto or try and get past it so normally training deads- 100 x8 140x6 160x4 170 x2 180 x2 180+ x1-2
unless you're suffering from major doms, shouldnt be a problem as long as you're well rested and have been eating well altho if you're aiming for strength i wouldnt be concerned with 1 rep max's
ok all, started doing strength training a while ago and now really getting into it but i've seemed to hit a plateau on my deads at 180kg... i can pull 160x8 like it's nothing . this has been going...

bench 110kg for reps
Deads 190kg for 2 (worked up from 100/140/180)
squats 85kg
B/o rows 100 kgs for reps
farmers walk 80 kgs per hand x 25 m walk
Bf % 17
weights 210...

deadlift 170kg's
big back session tonight, heavy deads and rows!
training session chest and tri's
(focussing on inner chest)
5 min crosstrainer warm up
incline close grip bench 5x8reps 80kg
weighted dips 15kg 5x8 reps
flat close grip bench 85kg
decline...

these numbers don't add up...65-135 theres quite alot of difference there. 25 db curls but 60 on ez????
you've not benched for a while ..why not? you want to know why you're 'lagging behind' easy...

im aiming for <10% bf i find bulking easy and cutting hard
I'D normally go chest and tri's but you use shoulders in some pressings moves, so should be alright

YEP, its a solid programe, if your a novice to med lifter you'll make good gains aslong as you're eating well and getting a decent sleep in
Best thing to do, take your gym stuff to work with you and go striaght after work stops

no pain anywhere else, diets bang on hit my macro + 500 everyday i supp with multi vits and omega 3 oil every morning. its currently lasted 3 days going slowly
