    pretty much the same boat...

    I'm 6'1", 197lbs., and about 13% BF. I want to get to probably 185-190lbs. Really I want sub 10% BF where you can see abs with no love handles...I figure that will be around 185-190lbs. though.

    Jin, you must have missed me saying "They aren't the most accurate way of measuring BF, but it does give you a good idea +/- 1.5% I'd say. You just need to measure at the same time of day every time...
