4 Super Cissus RX capsules, 1 Animal Flex pack, and 2 Optimum Fish Oil softgels per day. Too much for liver/kidneys?

I might add fish oil to my stack to make 4 Super Cissus RX capsules, 1 Animal Flex pack, and 2 Optimum Fish Oil softgels per day. Is it a good idea/safe to stack all of this stuff?

Well I got off accutane 22 days ago so I think being on that lowered my fapping drive. I didn't workout on accutane also because of joint pain. But I do have a lot more free time on my hands lulz
