Not to be picky but Im pretty sure it was actually 256lbs...those were 100lb plates on the bar plus the 5 1/2lb collars. Just makin' sure Nick gets ALL his prop's here.

One more note a day later: Almost everyone i talked to about the contest said we need to do this more often. This was something unique for this area and everyone loved it. With good word of mouth...

Not a problem...for anyone else or any other cause I probably would never volunteer to do the announcing, but this was fun and turned out great. Glad I could help in some small way.

Dont listen to any jokers Mateo...go in at the most comfortable weight that you can handle and lift as much weight as you can. The rest is out of your control. Where you place at any meet depends...
