As slim as you can without losing muscle!
As ever Overload is spot on, it's how you look, you could have two guys both 5'8" with 16.75 inch arms and one could be all fat and the other very muscular.
I guess it's vanity but I really love looking muscular and reasonably lean, I guess that's the motivation that keeps me going.
But I think at over 50 it can start to take it's toll, I'm recovering...
