for the ab work, if my ab exercises isn't weighted, do I just keep adding a few reps each week indefinitely?
How do you increase, for example, 5 lbs for dumbell exercises? 2.5lbs per dumbell? Or 5lbs per dumbell?
Should I also increase the weight for the lower body isolation lifts by 10 lbs per week and 5lbs per week for the upper body isolation lifts? Or does the rule only apply to compound lifts?
