It doesnt matter how much, half the guys on here will tell you about there e-stat 3 plate 4" depth squat and feel badass about it
I like to stagger my chest/shoulder days at least 2 days apart so that my shoulders get appropriate rest. Something like Day1-Chest, Day 4-Shoulders, Day 6-Repeat from start.
