I'm like you man, I get hot really easily and I rarely am never cold(I live in Vegas though). I i am hot i cannot sleep either so I just sleep with a fan on. It really helps to cool down your room.

On average I would say 2 times a week

I tried samples of it at the O, not the best tasting IMO. I know some kids at school who take/used to take it and some say that they get acne breakouts from it

I poach my chicken, stays nice and moist. Search how to poach chicken for a general recipe, you can make as much as you want and there is hardly any clean up or cooking

The easiest way to cool chicken in my opinion is to poach it. Poaching just requires a pot and water. It is easy to cook, there is no oil, and there is very little clean up. It is just plain chicken,...
