    Powerade Post Workout?

    Carbs - 42g (fructose, sucrose). Just wondering if this is suffiecient, and what would be the big beneficial difference between this and say bulk dextrose or dextrose. Thanks for the help!

    Ya that is quite normal, best advice to give you is to keep lifting heavy weather using BB Bench or DB bench and you will make improvements in size and strength.
