i use cheat day once a week .. cheat day for me means no counting in cals .. but .. still stick with no fat any healthy foods i like .. unlimited .. till i get super full .. at the end of the day .....
actually my concern is not feeling full .. but if i use whey in between meals, will it be consumed well by my body? because my understanding with whey is pwo drink.. i dont know if it is still...
ok .. i guess its a common knowledge that i just mix whey with milk for in between meals .. im just worried that whey is only used as post workout drink ..
i need them sir because i actually use protein drinks and oatmeal as meal replacement when im in my office .. foods in my office are expensive .. i eat full meals in the morning and evening ..
im sorry i forgot to mention .. i dont drink milk alone .. i should mix it with something that will make its taste and odor not like a milk .. i really cant take milk's taste and odor .. :(
im on cutting and tight budget, meals are expensive here in my office .. that is why i am just taking any cheap carb like crackers, oats with protein drink..
i was just doing a normal bended lateral raise.. i did not feel any pain during and after my workout, i felt real pain after 10 hours when i was about to sleep .. i can only think of the lateral...
