If you dont have an arch I recommend getting a Titan Fury bench shirt. As for suits, a Titan Superior is an excellent first suit to get used to for squatting / dead lifting in.

i find knee wraps to be useful for getting around 30 to 50lbs and keeping the knees together. Personally i find they take some pressure off the knees.
