an esekiel breakfast muffin with sugar free raspberry preserves

I am trying to log my food again as well...and I have used fitday in the past. I do like it, however, it doesn't measure sugar! It has an option for alcohol, etc. but I do not see a sugar option....
ahhhh wow. I am doing doing so well. I don't know what happened to me, I just feel like gym trips now are more of a chore than anything. heh. I wish I could get my motivation back!!! Ahhhh....so...
