    I can't really make much of a recommendation for a routine since you have no access to a barbell. If you gain access to a barbell, then I would recommend BLSS, ICF5x5 or Phrak's Greyskull LP.

    I'm doing 1x5. A single set is enough to absolutely destroy me.
    Haven't ever tried 3x5 for deads tbh, but I'm completely happy with 1x5 so no reason to make any changes.
