Today i was doing Legs/Shoulders and i put very little effort in it. I didn't even finish all my sets on purpose. I was in a rush.
Should I give it 110% tomorrow?
The only Leg exercises available in my home gym are Squats and Leg Extentions.
For my split routine, do you think it's okay to mix Shoulders and Legs in the same day?
