Shiggles- short for "sh!ts and giggles" commonly referring to the casual wear of luxury timepieces and jewelry.

haha looking back on that pic it looks like it. She just wears diamonds for shiggles and it was on her right hand. You cant see her pinky in the pic so its hard to see that it is her right hand....
