i'm usually sore really bad from my workout, like 3-5 days. what i do is i train it on friday so i will have the weekend to rest ( i don't do any lifting on the weekend, thats just me) and i'm fine...
exactly, the first set i couldn't do them right for ****, my upper legs wernt going parallel with the floor and my heels kept going up, they wouldn't stay planted on the floor.

well, i eat breakfast on my way to work, i often forget to take it. then two hours later i'll realize it and can't take it till lunch time and so on and so on. i just can't stick with it.
