okay I'm just going to touch on the workout aspect for now. for monday when you do back you should add in deadlifts and possibly another row movement. just pullups and db rows doesnt seem sufficient...
heaviest attempt was 355 x 1. stopped DLin for about a month or two and just did hyperextensions and whatnot. started back up and after 3 sessions I got 375x1 the other day @ 150lb. feels good.
