im talking board press, rack lockouts, floor press, jm press, and any kind of close grip benching....then follow up with some...
nothing dangerous about that, but if you want to get your triceps alot stronger, set the rack where u only have to press it 5-6 inches, and start with the concentric, and when locked out dont hold...
STOP DEADLIFTING.....
thats something you really cant do on this routine/cycle, and your deadlift will go up alot, but you can still do assistance work (upper back)....
