    Weight has been stalled at 218 for the past month.
    Diet has been relatively clean, probably a little light on calories...

    Took A Week.

    Hey did four weeks solid and dropped off last week. Not by choice, just crushed at work and couldn't find time for me.

    Bench 3 sets of 10, maxed at 180 lbs.
    Incline d-bells press 3 sets of 10-12, maxed on 80 lbs bells.
    Pec dec 3 sets of 10-12, maxed at 100 lbs....

    20min HIT today. Just about died too. Was sooo sore from legs yesterday.
    Weighted abs seems to be working out. They seem pretty tender the next day so I assume that's a good sign?
